Skate Wheatley Registration for 2026 - 2027

Our Payment Policies

Payment Options:

  • E-transfer to: skatewheatley@gmail.com

  • Cheque

  • Cash

Bingo credits will be applied to your Uplifter account as they are earned which can be used towards registration fees and coach assessed tests. Bingo credits cannot be used towards raffle ticket fees, coach fees, judge assessed tests, or registration fees for special events.

 

 

Payment Schedule:

  • Payment in full or by installments (when offered at checkout)

  • Installments:

    • First payment: at least 1 week prior to first skating session

    • Remaining three (3) payments: on the 20th of each following month (September, October, November)

  • Winter Session Pre-CanSkate and CanSkate skaters choosing half sessions must pay in full at time of registration

If an account becomes past due, the skater(s) will not be allowed on the ice until payment is received.

 

 

NSF Fees:

  • NSF cheque: $45 fee

  • Skating privileges paused until payment issues are resolved

 

 

Refunds:

  • See Refund Policy; refunds will be processed as soon as possible

 

 

Other Fees (separate from registration):

  • Off-Ice Programs: separate unless specifically included

  • Tests & Competitions: billed separately

  • Private lessons: paid directly to coaches

    • Coaches may stop lessons if unpaid

    • If fees remain unpaid for more than three (3) months and no payment plan is put in place than the amount owing may be billed to the skater’s Uplifter account; membership and ice time may be restricted until paid; $25 admin fee will also be added to the amount owing
